Terms of Service
⚠ By proceeding with a commission, you agree to the Terms of Service detailed on this page. It is your responsibility to review the TOS. I am not accountable for any consequences resulting from failure to read them.
If you have any questions, I kindly ask you to inform those before proceeding with a commission, will be more than glad to answer your them.
Terms of Service1. Payments
• Half & Half: I ask for 50% of the total fee before I start working. No refunds once the project starts. The other 50% is due once the job is done before being handed over to you.
• Refund: If by any reason I fail to work, finish and/or deliver your whole project, it'll be issued a full reimbursement of your money.2. What I Do
• Edits Only: I edit clothes, accessories, textures, and other parts of existing 3D models. I don’t create new models from scratch.
• Avatar Adjustments: I make sure everything fits your existing avatar.
• Controller logic: I create and develop Animator Controllers ranging from simple toggles to gimmicks and other systems.3. Revisions
• Revisions: You get up to 3 major revisions once I start editing.
• Extra Changes: If you want more changes after that, I’ll decide if it’s doable. Big changes might cost extra.4. Extras
• Pictures & Videos: I'm allowed to post pictures and videos of your model as my portfolio in this website or my socials.
• What I work with: Both SFW and NSFW, but outright refuse anything political; intolerance or discrimination against other ethnic groups, religions and races.

For complex logic development, such as firearms and gimmicks, talk to me!
*Costume Fixing implies modifying a costume mesh and potentially its rig in order to fit to your avatar.*Model Design implies coming up with a design for your avatar, or transferring ideas from your sketch or reference art to fit a already existing avatar base.*Model Design is a separate service, meaning costumes and hair will still be charged depending on the end result of the design
